Zoom Rooms now has a new feature (and it's bundled right into your current subscription) called Zoom Rooms Scheduling and it gives you the ability to create conference rooms signage for each of your Zoom Rooms. In the video below, I'm going a quick video to who how easy it is to schedule a Zoom Rooms conference room - right at the room. 

Zoom Rooms Scheduling Displays integrates seamlessly with both Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar - giving you complete control over your Zoom Rooms as a booking resource right from your corporate calendar. 

As you can see, it's drop dead simple to schedule your meeting, right at the meeting location.  Or, you could schedule the room as a resource through your corporate calendar. Best part is - we have created kits to make it easy for you to update every Zoom Rooms conference room.
