Triple-Eye 50MP Camera System
The MeetingBoard 65 Pro features a built-in triple-camera system, each with 50MP resolution — one wide-angle lens (1/1.56” Sony sensor) and two telephoto lenses (1/2” Sony sensors). This multi-lens design ensures high-resolution imaging across different focal lengths, delivering low grain, natural colors, and HD image quality. A built-in automatic physical privacy shutter blocks the camera when not in use, providing hardware-level privacy protection.
AI-Powered Video Intelligence
A dedicated AI video processor drives a full suite of intelligent camera features. Auto framing dynamically adjusts to include all participants. Speaker tracking follows the active speaker smoothly. IntelliFocus displays close-ups of the last active speakers individually while maintaining a panoramic view of all participants at the bottom of the screen — making meetings feel more natural and inclusive. Video fence creates virtual meeting boundaries in semi-open environments, preventing non-participants from being mistakenly tracked.
Professional Audio with AI Processing
The built-in array of 16 MEMS microphones with a dedicated AI audio processing chip delivers clear voice pickup from up to 12 meters (40 feet) with full-duplex capability. AI noise cancellation intelligently filters keyboard typing, door opening, chair dragging, and glass-wall reverberation. The 6-element stereo speaker system with 30W output ensures wide, clear sound coverage throughout the room. External expansion microphones (wired or wireless) and ceiling microphones are also supported for larger spaces.
Intelligent Whiteboard with Ultra-Low Latency
The 20-point multitouch display with 21ms response time delivers a natural, paper-like writing experience. The MeetingBoard 65 Pro supports dual-person simultaneous writing — one person writing while another erases, without interference. Palm rejection keeps content clean, and the included four-level styluses (pen tip for writing, pen tail for erasing) provide intuitive interaction. Intelligent charts, shapes, image insertions, and sticky notes make brainstorming sessions more dynamic and productive.
Multi-Platform Flexibility
The MeetingBoard 65 Pro runs Android 13 natively and is certified for both Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. It also supports BYOD mode, functioning as an external display and audio device for any laptop, enabling larger-screen conferencing with virtually any UC platform. An OPS module slot accepts an optional MCore-OPS Windows module for organizations that need Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows or other Windows-based applications.
Wireless Content Sharing
Share content wirelessly via AirPlay and Miracast, or use an optional Yealink WPP30 4K wireless presentation pod for one-touch sharing. Built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 ensure fast, reliable wireless connectivity.
Expandable for Any Room
The MeetingBoard 65 Pro supports a range of Yealink accessories to adapt to different room sizes and needs, including wireless and wired expansion microphones, external PTZ cameras (MB-12X Pro), touch consoles, movable stands, and 4K wireless presentation pods.
Simple Deployment
The all-in-one design and flexible mounting options (wall mount or floor stand, both sold separately) allow for setup in as little as 12 minutes. Single-cable power gets you up and running fast, and centralized management through Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS), Microsoft Teams Admin Centre, or Zoom Device Management (ZDM) simplifies large-scale deployment.
