Verkada BK21 Alarm Keypad and Wireless Hub – Comprehensive Alarm Management with Integrated Sensor Hub
The Verkada BK21 Alarm Keypad and Wireless Hub is a multi-functional device designed to simplify alarm management with a key code-based arm/disarm keypad, live camera feeds, and device status monitoring. Equipped with an integrated wireless hub, the BK21 provides additional flexibility for wireless sensor integration, making it ideal for comprehensive security coverage. The touchscreen interface streamlines access control while enhancing property security, and the built-in hub allows for up to 60 wireless sensors with a range of 305m (1,000ft) line-of-sight.
The BK21 features an easily accessible panic button for emergency situations, while existing alarm wiring can be utilized to connect keypads to the BP41 Alarm Panel, minimizing installation time and costs. Additionally, the keypad supports optional cellular backup to maintain system availability even during internet outages.
Touchscreen Keypad for Arm/Disarm Control
The touchscreen keypad allows users to arm and disarm a site with ease. For added safety, a duress code can be entered to silently raise an alarm while disarming the system, ensuring discreet alerts to security teams.
Live Camera Feeds and Device Status Monitoring
Employees can view live camera feeds directly from the BK21 Alarm Keypad for added security and situational awareness. Users can also monitor the status of alarm devices within the building, ensuring any active devices that prevent arming are quickly identified.
Panic Button for Emergencies
The panic button on the BK21 provides an effective solution for emergencies, allowing staff to trigger an alarm instantly when needed.
Built-In Wireless Sensor Hub
The integrated wireless hub in the BK21 can connect up to 60 wireless intrusion sensors or the BX21 wireless relay, providing expansive security coverage. With a wireless range of up to 305m (1,000ft line-of-sight), the BK21 offers flexibility for deploying sensors across large areas.
Cellular Backup for Reliability
The BK21 is compatible with the ACC-CEL-LTE Cellular Backup Module for maintaining system connectivity during internet outages, providing reliable security coverage at all times.
