The Huddly L1 captures everyone in the room with remarkable clarity, thanks to its large 1-inch CMOS sensor and custom wide-angle lens. Remote participants can see faces clearly and pick up on non-verbal cues — even from those seated at the far end of the table. With a 103° diagonal field of view and up to 5x digital zoom, the L1 provides comprehensive coverage without the need for mechanical panning or zooming.

AI-Powered Genius Framing
The L1’s neural engine has been trained and optimized to detect participants in large meeting spaces. Genius Framing automatically zooms in on participants and frames them naturally, adjusting smoothly and responsively as people enter, leave, or move about the room. The camera retains an overview of the entire room even while zoomed in, ensuring no one is missed.

Huddly Director — Real-Time Meeting Direction
Huddly Director uses on-device AI to edit your meeting live, automatically switching between shots and camera angles. In Speaker Mode, the camera focuses on the active speaker for structured, formal meetings. In Collaboration Mode, it switches between speaker and listener reactions for an interactive, broadcast-quality experience.

Framing Zone and Perspective Correction
The L1 includes Framing Zone, which lets you define the boundaries of your meeting area so only participants within that space are detected and framed — ideal for glass-walled rooms and open floor plans. Perspective Correction automatically fixes lens distortions in real time, delivering a natural, true-to-life view of people and spaces.

Room Analytics with InSights API
The L1’s neural engine can detect and count people within its entire field of view, even while zoomed in. The Huddly InSights Analytics API provides high-quality data on meeting room usage, occupancy, and people count — giving you actionable insights to optimize your workspace.

USB Adapter for Plug-and-Play Setup
This kit includes the Huddly USB Adapter, which connects to the L1 via Ethernet and provides a USB-C connection to your meeting room computer. It supports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed and USB 2.0 HighSpeed connectivity and is compatible with Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS. With Ethernet cable runs of up to 100 meters between the camera and adapter, installation is flexible and reliable — no USB extenders needed.
