Salary

  • $60,000 to $120,000 (includes base + commission, bonus)

Key Responsibilities

Operations Focus:

  • Manage end-to-end processes including quoting, ordering, tracking, customer follow-up, invoicing, and fostering customer success.
  • Streamline organizational processes and procedures for optimized efficiency.
  • Undertake sales reporting: forecast trends, identify opportunities and challenges, and devise strategic solutions.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.

Sales Focus:

  • Champion customer engagement, focusing on customer success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and nurture relationships within existing accounts, manage complex sales scenarios and campaigns.
  • Capitalize on upselling opportunities to strengthen customer relations.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.

Requirements for Success

  • 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in a technology-driven environment is preferred.
  • Confidence in participating in face-to-face or group video conferencing calls.
  • Experience with inbound sales.
  • A quick learner with a customer-first approach and adaptability to change.
  • Social media proficiency, especially LinkedIn, is an asset.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record in sales success, client satisfaction, and effective teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, combined with a consultative business approach.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated personality.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded.

Senior AV Project Engineer / Technician

Cloud Connextions specializes in a wide range of Information Technology service solutions including Consulting, Assessment, Design, Project Management, On-site Engineering, Sourcing and Staging of products, Remote Monitoring, Video Surveillance and Video collaboration.

We are seeking a Senior Audio-Visual Project Engineer/Technician (AV) with high attention to detail. This position is a part of the Cloud Connextions Professional Services team and involves working with clients to provide them with installation needs to revolutionize conference rooms. This person needs to be a team leader, well organized, and professional. Audio Visual technicians will ensure customer satisfaction by providing great customer service while on customer site along with completing the installations in a quick, clean, and professional manner.

Salary

  • $70,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience)

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage external activities including all out-sourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities.
  • Coordinate external activities including all out-sourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities.
  • Manage and oversee installation budget for department and make recommendations as needed.
  • Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to: pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting TVs, wiring all components, etc.
  • Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks.
  • Field install/trouble shooting support as needed.
  • Act as customer liaison in absence of Project Manager.
  • Monitor and ensure labor expenditures do not exceed budget.
  • Manage on-going engineering to support project as needed.
  • Coordinate field install/trouble shooting support as needed.
  • Coordinate control system programming as needed.
  • Coordinate field testing of integrated systems and training client on use.
  • Assist with project sign off when needed.
  • Coordinate turn-over of project to service department at completion of each project.
  • Travel to various job sites when needed.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct installations including climbing ladders and using power tools.
  • Lifting of equipment of 50 lbs or more.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.

  • Minor programming capability (AMX/Creston/Biamp/Kramer).
  • Travel up to 75% of time.

All roles at our company are full-time, non-contractual positions. As part of a dynamic team, each member may occasionally be required to perform a variety of tasks, especially in urgent situations. While specialization in your role is the primary focus, cross-training for overall organizational resilience is also a key objective. Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as needed is an integral aspect of every position.

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
